Ready or not, here comes your destiny.
The dreams you’ve been dreaming of, but the ones you’ve callously thrown into the pipeline, whispering words of “someday”; the dreams you anticipated with an expectation, that they would arrive when you have it all figured out; the stability, the clarity, or the financial backing…
But that isn’t how we arrive at our destiny or our greatest potential. We are never “ready” for destined changes, we are not enlightened and then it arrives. The journey to our destiny comes with a deep soul-provoking growth edge, it’s about meeting yourself exactly where you are at, and being brutally honest with yourself. It is allowing those edges to move you into a deeper journey of self-discovery and peeling back the layers that have kept you in a comfort zone. We are no longer dimming our light or suppressing our desires. We are breaking free, and leading with our internal fire with passion, and truth, and trust in ourselves first and foremost. Destiny comes bold, and sometimes with disruption, bringing forward abrupt endings to initiate you. Whether you are ready or not, destiny is at your front doorstep, and you get to choose how you navigate it.
This New Moon Solar Eclipse in Aries is the Finale of a two-year cycle. This Eclipse ties up the loose ends of massive chapter in your story along the Aries-Libra; the self and relationship axis that began back in April of 2023. Wherever Aries falls in your natal chart is where you have been seeing bold, and courageous action, there have been some themes surrounding self and relationships in this area of your chart and it’s likely been uncomfortable. You’ve navigated some growth edges through this area, but now is the time to surrender to what is next. We no longer have room for people pleasing, we are asking for what we need, unabashedly. We are taking bold action toward our goals, our dreams, and what need. We are breaking the patterns, and behaviors that no longer serve our sense of self. And we are now masters in interdependence. Aries is the first sign of the zodiac; it is a cardinal-fire sign. Aries is assertive, instinctual, and driven. Aries often bulldozes its path without thought, but with brave impulse. It’s the youngest of the zodiac, and has no previous knowing of what could happen, so lean in to being a little playful, like your inner child, and allow moments of bravery in moments of doubt.
The Solar Eclipse in Aries is a reminder of the connection you have with yourself as your foundation, and a reflection of the relationships you have in your life. Your relationship to yourself is essential in what you attract in others. Having self-advocacy and allowing for deeper self-discovering brings a sense wholeness to your world through deeper connections with others; family, partners, co-workers, Mama Gaia, the plants, the animals, everything.
Eclipses often shake up the dynamic in which you may be feeling comfortable, they bring disruption, abrupt endings, and are eclipsing out the energy that no longer aligns with your soul’s work. Eclipses can feel chaotic, but it is destined change, and always to initiate you for your highest potential. Now is the time to accept that you have outgrown your old self, allow the shedding to fall away as you make room for the rebirth. The bold, brave, self-knowing you is taking shape and ready to step into the next journey ahead.
Be patient, be an advocate for yourself, have faith in the Great Mystery of Life, and remember in moments of anxiety to come back home to yourself, and connect to you. You have everything you need within you.
As we shift from Aries-Libra nodal axis into the Virgo-Pisces axis, we must go into this new chapter in with devout faith. Faith in the unknown, and unseen, but also faith in our sense of self, and the foundations we have built and continue to build for ourselves, and deep trust in where we are headed. It’s ok to let go.
Questions to Ponder:
Where in my life do I need to be more assertive and self-advocate for myself?
What do I need right now, and how can I ask for it?
Who am I being called to become?
What part of me still believes I need to “be something” to deserve what I already give freely?
What foundations have I built for myself make me feel safe, alive, and supported?
What would my younger self think of me today?
Write a letter to the younger you, letting him/her know how far you’ve come.
What people-pleasing behaviors and patterns no longer feel safe inside my body?
What do I want to be known for?
