Journey Inward
Take a dip into the sacred healing experience of sound with Crissy Saint as you journey inward with poetry, guided meditation, and an immersive sound bath. inward is a healing-oriented community for old souls.
Crissy is a sound practitioner + spoken word performer.
All are welcome!
What to Expect:
Please hydrate your body with plenty of water in the days leading up to the event.
Eat nutritious foods and refrain from consuming alcohol or other intoxicating substances on the day itself.
Bring water, a journal, and a pen
Dress comfortably in loose-fitting attire that allows you to sit, move, and lay down freely and with ease. You are welcome to adorn yourself with ceremonial wear if you feel called.
Consider removing shoes and bringing along a pair of socks for added comfort and warmth
- Most importantly, release any and all expectations and simply arrive with an open heart.
