This is held as a spacious morning ceremony; the container unfolds at an unhurried pace, with the closing time naturally varying based on group size and the needs of integration.

This ceremony is offered in deep respect for the lineage of cacao, honoring the plant as a sacred ally and approaching the practice with humility, reciprocity, and care. The sacred cacao is ethically sourced and blessed by Mayan spiritual leaders of the Chinimital Del Ka’kaw in the Lake Lachuá region of Guatemala.

Rooted in traditional cacao practices, the gathering flows into a deeply transformational process of personal alignment and inner attunement. Together, we will set intentions aligned with the New Moon, explore the power of embodied awareness, and create a strong energetic container to carry these intentions forward. As we approach the Lunar New Year and the rising energy of the Fire Horse, this gathering offers a graceful threshold of renewal—inviting clarity, courage, and forward momentum.

Kelly Lydick is an author, alignment coach, and transformational facilitator with over 15 years of experience bridging consciousness, creativity, and embodied healing practices. She holds a Master’s degree in Writing & Consciousness and is the author of Mastering the Dream and Dream Incubation for Greater Self-Awareness. Kelly is a Certified Trauma Professional, Reiki Master, Breathwork Facilitator, and Gateway Dreaming™ Coach, with additional training under Eckhart Tolle & Kim Eng, Mary Bell R.N.C., and Ram Dass. Through her work, Kelly supports others in reconnecting with intuition, personal alignment, and their deepest inner calling.
