Facilitated by a circle of intuitive guides, this retreat is co-hosted by Susan Kricun host of Love from the Inside Out podcast, alongside Cathleen Mitchell, founder of Kaya Holistic, who brings ritual, herbal wisdom, and earth-centered practices. Expressive artist and creativity empowerment guide Kristen Fagan leads a tactile, intuitive art journey, while Marney Henze offers grounding guided meditation, gentle breathwork, and sound to support deep integration and a return to center.
