This guided experience offers accessible, somatic-informed practices designed to support nervous system regulation, stress reduction, and embodied awareness in a gentle, welcoming environment.
Each session includes:
- grounding and regulation techniques
- simple nervous system education
- reflection and community connection
- guided somatic practices
The focus is on learning supportive practices you can integrate into everyday life.
*What is somatic regulation?
Somatic means “of, relating to, or affecting the body”. Derived from the Greek word soma (meaning “body”),
Somatic regulation is the ability to recognize, understand, and manage bodily sensations, emotions, and nervous system states to return to a state of calm, safety, and connection. It involves using body-based techniques—such as breathwork, movement, and grounding—to release trapped stress and tension.
