Rosemary is so much more than a kitchen herb. Known as the herb of memory and remembrance, rosemary has a long history of culinary, aromatic, traditional herbal, and ceremonial use.
Join herbalist Felice Williams for a fun, interactive afternoon exploring this wonderfully aromatic plant and discovering simple ways to bring herbs into your everyday life.
🌿 In this workshop, you’ll explore:
- The history, folklore, and traditional uses of rosemary
- Rosemary’s connection to memory, remembrance, focus, and vitality
- How rosemary can be incorporated into food, tea, and everyday herbal preparations
- Simple ways to work with rosemary at home
- Other nourishing herbs traditionally used to support focus, clarity, and energy
- How to transform herbs into useful products you can enjoy every day
And of course, we’ll be experiencing the herbs together! You’ll have the opportunity to smell, taste, and sample preparations made during class.

Meet Your Herbalist
Felice Williams is passionate about sharing herbal knowledge and connecting plant lovers in community.
She began her formal herbal education at SW Herb and went on to work at the store for two years alongside the beloved herbalist Kathy Gould.
Her thirst for herbal knowledge continued through a yearlong Herbal Energetics course with Rosalee de la Forêt, countless podcasts and online herbal conferences, and her current studies in Moon Medicine and an online apprenticeship with renowned herbalist Rosemary Gladstar.
Felice brings curiosity, warmth, and a deep love of plants to every workshop—creating a welcoming space for both beginning and experienced plant lovers.
