Unwind and reconnect during this gentle class that combines restorative yoga with intuitive exploration. You’ll be guided through calming poses to relax your body and mind, followed by time to draw oracle cards and reflect on the insights that arise. Sharing is encouraged in a supportive, heart-centered space.
