For our most recent batch, we infused these energy truffles with Ayurvedic-based cooking powders available in our store or online. In preparation for a Sunday’s at Kaya, we crafted three distinct and delightful desserts using Anima Mundi powders. Experimenting with Butterfly Pea Powder, Rose, and Adaptogenic Mushrooms + Cacao opened up a world of possibilities in flavor and health benefits. 

Now let’s get into the powders we used:
