This premium hand-stitched yoga bolster is a versatile rectangular shape to support any practice. Also known as a yoga cushion or pillow, the yoga bolster allows you to relax into a stretch more easily, hold poses for longer and ultimately improve flexibility.

This yoga bolster consists of two covers—an inner cover and an outer cover. The inner cover is filled with 100% organic New Zealand grown buckwheat husk. The buckwheat hull filled inner bolster is then placed inside the durable, organic cotton outer cover. Cleaning the yoga bolster couldn’t be easier—simply remove the filled inner bolster and machine or hand wash the outer cover.

Unlike other yoga bolsters in the market, we use 100% GOTS certified organic cotton to make both our inner and outer bolster covers. The outer cover has a neutral grey color that will look great in any home or studio.
