Kaya Holistic is a community-rooted wellness boutique and gathering space in Phoenix dedicated to herbal wellness, conscious living, creative expression, and meaningful connection.
We believe that healing begins within. When we slow down, reconnect with nature, and honor the rhythms of the seasons, we create space to care for ourselves, support one another, and live with greater intention.
Kaya is more than a shop—it’s a place to gather, learn, create, and belong.
Our thoughtfully curated apothecary features handcrafted herbal remedies, botanical teas, CBD and functional mushroom wellness, adaptogens, flower essences, seasonal ritual kits, and artisan-made goods for body, home, and spirit. Every product is selected with care, supporting both personal well-being and the small makers, herbalists, and regenerative farms behind them.
Community is at the heart of everything we do. Through workshops, seasonal celebrations, creative experiences, and collaborations with local practitioners and artisans, we create opportunities to slow down, learn something new, and reconnect—with ourselves, each other, and the natural world.

Meet Cathleen (Cat)
Founder, Artist & Community Builder
Cat Mitchell is the founder of Kaya Holistic—a community-rooted wellness boutique and gathering space in Phoenix—and believes some of life’s most meaningful moments happen when people gather with intention.
What began as a passion for herbal wellness has grown into something much bigger: a place where education, creativity, ritual, and community naturally intersect. Whether she’s blending botanical teas, facilitating a creative expression workshop, hosting a seasonal celebration, or simply welcoming someone through the front door, Cat’s goal is always the same: to help people feel seen, inspired, and at home.
A writer, artist, and intuitive maker, Cat finds endless inspiration in the natural world. She facilitates creative expression workshops that encourage curiosity, play, and self-discovery, believing that creativity is an essential part of well-being. Her handcrafted pottery, offered through The Fire Horse Collection by Kaya, reflects a love of natural textures, organic forms, and the beauty of imperfection. Each piece is thoughtfully made and available at Kaya Holistic alongside the work of other local artisans.
Kaya is also deeply personal. Following the loss of her mother, Nancy, Cat felt called to create the kind of place they both cherished—a welcoming space where people feel cared for, conversations unfold naturally, and community is nurtured through simple, meaningful moments. Nancy’s gift for hospitality and making everyone feel at ease continues to inspire the heart of Kaya, where every detail is thoughtfully considered to help others feel welcome and connected.
Guided by her Celtic ancestry and a reverence for ancestral wisdom, Cat’s work embraces the quiet rhythms that connect us to nature, story, and one another. Through every product, gathering, workshop, and creative offering, her hope is that each person who visits Kaya leaves feeling a little more grounded, connected, and nourished than when they arrived.
