Postpartum Circle
A Gathering for New Mamas, Partners & Birth Workers with Emily Blanche, L.Ac.
Sunday, November 8 | 9–10:30 AM
at Kaya Holistic
The postpartum period is a profound time of transition—one that deserves care, nourishment, and a strong circle of support. As we welcome new life, we’re also learning to care for ourselves in new ways, tending to the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of both parent and baby.
Join Emily Blanche, L.Ac., for a welcoming postpartum circle exploring the many ways we can build supportive systems during pregnancy and after birth. Through the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), we’ll explore how to nourish the body, honor intuition, and create a foundation of care for ourselves and our growing families.
Together, we’ll make space for meaningful conversation, shared experiences, and practical ideas for cultivating the support every new mama deserves.
What to Expect:
- A welcoming introduction and a cup of tea
- Guided meditation to connect with your intuition
- A supportive sharing circle for connection, reflection, and learning
- Insights from Traditional Chinese Medicine on nourishing the postpartum experience
- Ideas for building a circle of support for new parents, families, and those who care for them
Whether you’re preparing for birth, navigating life with a new baby, or supporting families as a birth worker, you are welcome. Partners are warmly invited, too.
The postpartum period can shape the well-being of the whole family. Let’s explore how we can make this tender season more nourishing through the wisdom of traditional practices, intentional care, and the support we offer one another.
